Episode 100: The Future Is Domes

, with special guest: ,

0100 The AppleDear listeners, we have made it to EPISODE 100! Be prepared to pump power by the hour, because this episode is all about an apex predator of bad movies: the glorious 1980 musical trainwreck, The Apple!

For this momentous occasion, we have been joined by former guests Pat Harrigan (from the Get Off My World podcast) and Eric Knight (of Vilification Tennis fame). Together, we surge with joy about this magnificent glitter bomb.

If you would like to drink along with our giggling, we recommend all of the following: Ali Sangiovese (Pat’s pick), Third Street Brewing Lost Trout Brown Ale (Eric’s pick), or a Two Gingers cocktail (which Windy made from Two Gingers whiskey, Two Gingers ginger ale, and a splash of lemon juice).

  2. Okay, that was howlingly funny. I still don’t want to see the movie, but boy howdy did you four make good podcast material out of it.

    1. Thanks! You should give it a watch, though. WE ONLY WISH TO RAISE QUALITY OF LIFE. [/borg]

FYI – Rifftrax did a version of The Apple back in 2013. This was my first exposure to the film. Got quite addicted to it. This seems to be the only legal way to get the film nowadays.
