0077 Stephen King MoviesDear listeners, this week’s episode has finally arrived, and it is part one of a two-parter about Stephen King movies! Even better, for this in-depth and very giddy endeavor, we enlisted the help of comedienne and Stephen King uber-fan, Molly Glover!

If you would like to drink along with us, we highly suggest one or both of these highly thematic wines: Castle Rock Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon and Double Dog Dare Cabernet Sauvignon.

  1. Does that make Groundskeeper Willie a Magical Scotsman?

Also, I agree that Richard Dawson is one of the best bits of stunt casting of all time. “Who loves you, and who do you love?”

We attended a reading/signing event of Patrick Rothfuss’s (when he was touring in support of “The Slow Regard Of Silent Things”) and he is a total delight. Also, one hell of a writer. Which makes me think…

Pleasure Dome Recommendation Time! Since we’re talking about authors who have a couple of amazing books out with a third on the way, if you haven’t read “Ancillary Justice” and “Ancillary Mercy” by Ann Leckie, I highly recommend doing so. It’s a challenging, witty, thoughtful, interesting, marvelously written far-future sci-fi series about love, loss, revenge, redemption, humanity, artificial intelligence, and the problems that arise when an empire of thousands of years is run by a mob of mind-linked clones.
